Booking and Confirmation Process

• Due to high demand, inventory is mostly synchronous but sometimes not. Our consultant will check real time availability onsite and confirm seats.
• You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder or notify us via email.

How To Use

• Free Ticket: Infants 0-2 years old are free (free children do not include insurance, if you need insurance can buy a child ticket) Child Ticket: Age 3-11 years old Adult Ticket: Age 12 years old and above
• Pregnant women and seniors over 65 years old are not allowed to participate
• Children under 15 must have a guardian to participate in snorkeling.
• If the guest is accompanied by a guide (must have a guide's license), the guide's participation fee is 1,000 baht.
• Accident insurance only covers medical expenses incurred locally in Thailand and is not valid for any expenses incurred after leaving Thailand.
• Pick-up time: The distance between each hotel is different, please check the time on the e-confirmation sent to you for the pick-up time.
• If you have booked a transfer service, please remember to provide us with your room number and valid contact information upon checking into the hotel; and wait in the hotel lobby on time. Do not be late, the driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes, after which it will be considered your automatic abandonment, and can not be rescheduled or refunded.
• Please store your valuables (including jewelry, cash, passports, etc.) in the hotel safe or trust the hotel counter for safekeeping before the trip. We can not be held responsible for helping guests find any lost items during the trip, and do not assume any responsibility for this. Please keep and protect your cell phone, camera, etc. during the trip. If there are any damages, the trip company can not offer any compensation.
• Due to the island being a Royal Thai Navy drill site, the itinerary may change without prior notice in case of Thai Navy drills or other activities.
• To participate in the trip, provide customer service before ordering the name of the hotel you are staying at, phone and address, to help you determine the pick-up and drop-off location, a location and the hotel within the pick-up and drop-off, and then place an order.
• When visiting Koh Ped, if you need to visit the island, please put on a towel or wear long sleeves, in addition to interacting with the monkeys, please do not provoke the monkeys, or you will be attacked by the monkeys. If you are accidentally attacked or bitten by monkeys be sure to inform the local staff in time, so that the local staff to take you to the hospital for injections; (Note: Thailand travel insurance is only responsible for reimbursement of the cost of hospitals in Thailand, at least 1 ~ 3 months to the account to pay the traveler, in order to your safety, we recommend that you do not get too close to the monkey)
• The order and location of activities in the itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, traffic and other conditions on the day of the event, please understand that we are not able to inform you in advance.
• If you encounter weather problems such as heavy rain, wind, and waves, tides, and other issues with the Maritime Safety Administration red flag warning not to go to sea, the travel company will be given a full refund, without any additional compensation. However, if the travelerchooses not to travel due to personal reasons, they will not receive a refund.
• As the insurance included in this trip is “Travel Accident Insurance”, if you are injured in an accident during the trip, whether it is a minor injury or serious injury, please be sure to inform the trip company's tour leader on the ship and contact our customer service to assist in handling the situation, and you need to notify the insurance company to implement the situation, or to arrange for transportation to the hospital for treatment. If the person has already left the scene, or after the end of the trip to send back to the hotel and then contact us, or even to the hospital, clinic or pharmacy at their own expense after the treatment before contacting us, the insurance company will be difficult to confirm the situation at that time or has already passed the time of the trip to refuse to pay compensation, so that the guests have lost the due protection, the store will not be able to assume any responsibility!
